JEFF ZWIER
Jeff Zwier is a change management and communications expert with over 20 years of experience designing and leading highly effective programs supporting strategic global initiatives. He has been recognized for his expertise leading both change and communications supporting functional transformations. He has also served as trusted advisor to four global CEOs, including serving as global head of executive and employee communications for one of the largest law firms in the world, where he coached partners on three continents in effective digital collaboration, consultative selling and executive communications challenges.
His leadership development experience includes creating coaching and training experiences to build trusted advisor and business requirement collection skills for recruiters, lawyers, and software engineers. Jeff also served as advisor to Deloitte’s global leadership development program for newly-promoted Associate Directors and was part of the development and launch team.
